I'm starting this workout: "
21 Days to Loving your Shape" today. I first tried it about 5 years ago and it worked! I lost weight, and felt great! I used it again after my first baby and wasn't disappointed! So this is my 3rd time to use it. It's great for a kick-start into making exercise a habit. I've been noticing some weight gain lately (I don't own a scale, I go by how my clothes fit) and so I'm doing something about it. Just thought I would share!
