Some Things I've Decided

• All storage closets should smell like Christmas. Not cinnamon, not pumpkin spice, not evergreen or holly berry. Maybe it's a mixture of all these, I don't know. But It's that certain fleeting smell that you wish would stick around.
• I'm a good Mom. That doesn't mean that I know what I'm doing, that my home is clean, or that I never need a "time-out". I do my best.
• It's okay to loose things under the couch. It makes for an exciting adventure when we finally look under there.
• I can do hard things, even if that means letting my kids work out hard things on their own.
• You don't need money to make a difference, or to be happy, or to make other people happy. I little creativity goes a long way.
• I am okay with the fact that I don't post on my blog every week, or pay much attention to my facebook page. I'm still a good person.
• I still need my mommy.
• I know that one day all my unfinished projects and good ideas will be finished and realized, just not all on the same day.
