3 Christmases

It's really great to be able to spend the holidays with both mine and John's family. Sometimes we wish we could be in two (or three) different places at once, but since that's not possible yet we compromise on when and where. This year we had 3 Christmases, one with John's family when James and Stephanie came, a humble family one of our own, and then one with my family on the actual day. If we keep this up little John will think he should open presents all month! He had a good time with all the paper, trying to stuff it in his mouth mostly, and accrued quite a collection of new toys. Maybe it just seems like allot because we have no where to put it! Anyway, it's fun to watch him with these new toys. He puts on his serious face and tries to figure them out. Of course the really fun ones require batteries...we will be investing in the rechargeable kind very soon.
Anyway, here are some pictures of our celebrations:

First Christmas
There we are!

Second Christmas
This paper is awesome!

Nice...can I have the paper back?

Christmas Day
He loves boxes as much as paper, silly kid.

So now Christmas is over and we have only 5 more days of 2008. It's so strange! But inevitable I suppose. We hope everyone had a safe and happy Holiday, and the same for the New Year!
