Exercise

Not to brag or anything, but this year I have been somewhat awesome at exercising every day. Of course Sunday is my day of rest, and I have missed three days so far -- including today. What I mean by "exercise" is some form of structured movement lasting at least 30 minutes, be it yoga, pilates, walking, or on my mini-stair machine. I suppose I say that I 'missed' today because I didn't do one of those four activities, but the truth is that I discovered an amazing upper body workout this morning!

All you need is a scrub brush for one hand, a rag in the other, and a kitchen floor. On my hands and knees I commenced with movements similar to the "wax-on, wax-off" method. Adding a cleanser as I went helped my abs to engage for stability on the wet surface. This lasted for about an hour, and results were immediate. :)

If it's true that you used the "wax-on, wax-off" technique. Did you have the correct breathing? If not Mr.Miyagi would be upset. :P
