It's time!

"Spring cleaning" is a well know event which happens around this time of year. I love it! To really get down and use my well stocked elbow grease in banishing the accumulated dirt and grim in all those nasty places we don't want to know about. Satisfying! Of course I usually run out of steam after a couple of projects, but something is different this year...I started out with a long list of "to-do's" and I am already almost done! Maybe it's because there are only a few of the "cleaning" projects, mixed in with things like "toddler proofing". Or maybe I have nothing better to do! :)

Another thing I have noticed about myself during this time is that wherever I go I tend to see "projects" that would improve the space (at least from my point of view). I take a walk around the block and pick the yards I want to clean up, I visit friends or family and imagine a different color on the walls or a new storage solution. Maybe I would like to be an interior designer, hmm. Sounds like fun! Anyone need help with a project?
