An Outing

For "Martin Luther King Jr. Day" entrance to the Henry Ford Museum was free! So I joined some of my family in taking advantage of the event. Your going to have to take my word for it because I forgot the camera and so have no pictorial proof.
It was great to get out and do something fun! Little John was so good and seemed to enjoy himself. I think mostly because there were so many people there for him to see. My cute nephew had the most fun out of us all. He LOVES cars and trucks and tractors and planes and trains--this was the perfect outing for him! Watching him jump from one display to another, all with the same amount of excitement and exuberance, made the whole trip more than worth it!
Another very cool part of being there was just to realize that we were surrounded by years and years of invention, innovation, and creativity. All engineered and developed by regular people who were curious and driven. Very inspiring.

Hey! My husband took my little boy there too just not on the same day! They loved it. Maybe one day we can take the boys there! :)
