So, I've been wanting to read this book for some time now and was told more than once that I would really like it. Understatement! I love it! I literally couldn't put it down, and when I absolutely had to it was on my mind constantly. I finished it in less than 3 days, which is really something for a mom of a 4 month old! Lots of time with the book in one hand and a rattle in the other, what a good baby I have!Now I'm going crazy for the 2nd one (my wonderful SIL Lindsey is letting me borrow them). I probably won't get my hands on it for another week--calm down Jamie! I've checked on the movie and other internet stuff. It's out in November, yeah! From the trailers it doesn't look as good as the book but I suppose that's normal.
Anyway, it has been a long time since a book has grabbed me like that, and it felt good! Sure, the place is a mess, little John was wondering where his mother went, and John thinks his wife is a crazy woman. But it was a nice little escape, and I don't mind the extra charge that comes with being somewhat over-excited (okay, okay! slightly obsessed!) about it.

I am soooooo happy you're reading the books! When you're done w/ all 4, we'll HAVE to talk about them!! Also, we are planning a big party up in Cleveland to go see them, if you're interested, I'd love to have you! Oh, and I'm buying a "Bite Me" (t-shirt of the official Edward Fan Club)
